Jeffery Moore Supreme Court Case Information Session
In November 2012, the Supreme Court of Canada handed down a monumental decision, supporting the rights of students living with learning disabilities to meaningful access to the same education that all other children in Canada can access.
On Tuesday, April 9th LDANL will be offered a public information session and discussion on the ruling hosted by Dr. David Philpott and leading national human rights lawyer Yude Henteleff. The event was attended by a number individuals with disabilities, parents, educators who shared personal opinions and aided in fostering discussion about the case and its indications for human rights.
